This section of the IWBLabs portal provides administrative information for the project contractual partners and for the European Commission and it is password protected.
This section allows a constant communication and sharing of information among the project partners as far as the activities for the different intellectual outputs are concerned.
Objectives of activities carried out
- To find and analyse information on successful agribusiness companies the managers of which should be interviewed
- To prepare (translate and adapt) interview questions
- To develop criteria for evaluation of video lessons
- Make technical preparation for video recording and editing
- Realise recording, editing
- To translate all necessary information about interviews and lessons into national language

Description of activities carried out
Research via internet was realised (available governmental databasis and data about sucessful companies published by specialists magasines), suitable companies (respecting defined topics of lessons were identified
Brief information in Slovak language was prepared. Content of information for agribusiness companies:
- what we want to do
- why we want to prepare video interviews and lessons
- structure of interview
- topics of video lessons
Companies were contacted personally, via e-mail or telephone.
10 interviews + 10 lessons were realised with managers of companies in Slovakia. all videos were edited (in cooperation with profesionals) and uploaded.
Subtitles in English were prepared for all Slovak videos.
Information about content of videos + about skills, knowledge and competences was prepared and uploaded to project portal.
Translation of all (IT, ES, LV) video subtitles was realised.
All available subtitles were uploaded to youtube.
All VET schools in Košice region were contacted with information about e-learning videos with instructions, how to use them.
Results Achieved
- 2 versions of information for managers (with aim to motivate them and attract to prepare video lesson)
- 10 video about success stories was recorded, edited, published
- 10 e-learning videos was recorded, edited, published
- 10+10 subtitles of Slovak videos was produced in English and published
- 30+30 subtitles of Latvian, Italian and Spanish videos translated from English to Slovak
- 10*3 (LV, ES and IT) subtitles was uploaded to Slovak videos
- Content description, real life case scenarios/learning objects was prepared and uploaded
- Knowledge, Skills and Competences was commented and marked
