Taisi explains her vision for a successful company. The key for her is the innovation, above all when it is a tradicional business concerned. Innovation is a cross curricular work in which every worker should contribute. As she expained, innovation is not an option, is a way of thinking. It is not being OK with every thing because the company should always try to improve and go forward.

Taisi claims that everybody innoves without putting that label, though.
