The supply chain integrates several activities: firstly, delivery of raw materials, which is an important factor. On the whole, the supply chain starts with planning, that is, working out the company’s strategy, where and how will we find the necessary raw materials for the production process.
In fact, the process includes such activities as: planning a product, finding suppliers and variants how to attract suppliers, searching for solutions. Then company arrange deliveries from farms, creating a synergy of cooperation in various solutions. Delivering raw materials is a part of logistics within the departments of the company. Certainly, the focus is on the final product which is the result of manufacturing process. It is a planned process to ensure the supply chain till the final product.
The quality control is very important in each of the stages. In order to produce a product of high quality, the quality control is organised for each of the stages. It is a very complicated process, since the company’s products correspond to ISO Standards.
It is required to observe the quality standards in the whole chain supply stages from raw materials to supplying the final product to consumers.
