Main Contents of the Interview
Susana Martínez has a long career at the agri-food sector, both the private and the private one.
Casa Matachín has been running since 1990; although it could be said that the company has a long tradition since 1970 when their founder made the firsts burgers in the whole of Spain.
For working at a successful familiar business, Susana Martinez claims that someone should know which the tendencies are and what the consumer is demanding. Regarding to that it must be someone original who has a culture and trained; moreover it have to be someone that could feel that he/she is a part of the family.

Susana recommend the students to have a good training and claims that it would better if they can support their training with internships in a business at the same time, for putting in practice what they have learnt.
