Álvaro studied a degree in Administration and Business Management and a Master in MBA. He was always focused on working at his business family which has been operanting for 120 years.Therefore on this video, he explains the story that international coffee business.

The manager is specially proud of Cafés Orús' history and workers, overall. As he said the workers have a speciall feeling with the company, they are part of the business and take Cafés Orús as a part of their lifes.

Álvaro expains his own training experience at the university first, and then in other associations in and out of Spain, specially on Germany where he says the capital of the European coffee is. Moreover he is trained in stock markets and, of course, in the speciallity of his company: the agrifood sector in general, and coffee in particular.

As far as Álvaro is concerned quality and clients should be the core of the company. They are always focused on getting the best product for their customers.
