Main Contents of the Interview
Taisi is 70 years old and Ruth is its third generation. The Company has had three different phases due to their owners and needed. The first one was marked by speediness and direct contact with the raw material; the second one the industralizacion and externar comercialization took places since 1970; and the third stage, which is now, its highlight point is the internacionaltization, security food, quality, innovation and workers.
Ruth expains how her career is nothing to do with her currently work, because she studied social work and sociology but she started working in the company without pretending. It is maybe for her own experience that she recommend being flexible and with lot of abilities.
She tell us about the values that she appreciate on a worker, such as the actitude, compromise, and creativity; but above all Ruth likes committed workers.
