Main Contents of the Interview
Company Hany Ulič is aimed to hand production of pierogi – in traditional way, using local ingredients, including buckwheat, which is very healthy. After unsuccessful start-up aimed to steering wheel production, two entrepreneurs has turned totally and started production of pierogi. Beginnings was very hard, they have started with 10 kilograms of flour, now they are counting in tons. Many kind of fillings and excellent quality is receipt of success of this company.
