Main Contents of the Interview
Production of potato chips started in 80´s as the part of farm. After some changes in ownership, company SlovChips is one of 2 larger potato chips producers in Slovakia, which is producing its own brands of products and private brands for retails. They started production on an old 30-year old technology facility. Since they bought the company, they are trying to upgrade this technology to be more efficient and to be able to produce chips of even higher quality. The director is also talking about the chips preservation methods they are using.
