Main Contents of the Interview
Tichomír Bucsko outlines his personal development along with his qualification and the development of the farm/cooperative. Notably, he outlines how the risk is spread between three sectors at his farm- animal production, plant cultivation and agro-tourism. He further outlines the owned animals both for animal production and agro-tourism purposes. Lastly, he criticises the availability of specialist and basic workers in Slovakia with a sufficient vocational training for their position as the education does not fulfil the requirements for the human capital of agricultural sector.
