Main Contents of the Interview
Our Company was founded in 1920 by my grandfather.
In 1951 they bought a sausage factory from Alfonso Kurt, a specialist in German "Chacineria" (sausage making) who had started his business in Zaragoza. The business started out with the currently owner's grandfather, when he bought that factory and since then he started up the production of cooked pork and higg quality German products.
It was then, in 1980 when the third Bernal Family Generation took over the familiy business, the old factory was completely refurbished and new machines were bought-

They have always like these two words: "attitude" and "aptitude". Aptitude refers to all the training needed when working in a company, but -as they say- when you run a business you realize how important the attitude of the staff is: If a very qualified employee doesn't show interest in the company or money is his/her only motivation the result won't probably be the expected. Entrepreneurs usually look for people committed with the company, people that love the job they carry out, and most importantly people that are willing to follow you.
