Felix's family has always dedicated to the catering industry.
He thought that working in the Michelin star family restaurant could help him to figure that our, but in turned out that he ended up liking that so I decided to try working in the catering industry. Then in 2000 Felix founded La Jamonería, where He have been working since then.
He thinks that the key to success in his case is probably his attitude towards learning and training.
Felix's advice to young people is: make the most of every opportunity you have to learn. Don't be afraid of failing because we all have failed any time and in the end it's all about perseverance and attitude. Don't be naïve enough to only learn things related to your sector, the more you learn the more useful you'll become in your daily tasks.
