Main Contents of the Interview
Roberts Ceseiko is a manager of the company KEEFA, Ltd. KEEFA is located in the premises of the former dairy company “Stelpe”. Previously the buildings were abandoned, so Roberts Cešeiko had an idea to establish a processing company. He is a local person, he lives nearby, therefore he used an opportunity to renovate the buildings and start a new manufacturing company.
Roberts Cešeiko is in charge of everything. He is young and before starting business he did not have any experience in entrepreneurship, in starting a business, processing and manufacturing. But that didn't stop him.
