Ilze Priževoite is a founder and a board member of “Karameļu darbnīca”, Ltd. It all started with the caramel production. That’s why it is very significant for Ilze. At the beginning she had to do everything by herself and pay attention to every single detail. In a nutshell, she has built up her experience by doing.
In order to succeed, it is necessary to have a lot of strength not to give up, but continue to work achieving the desired aim. It is not a good idea stop in the face of the first difficulties. Her experience shows that overcoming problems motivate to move forward.
