Vilnis Vorobjovs is a chairman of the board of “Milda KM, Ltd”. He has experience in sales since 1997. In fact, he have been in this business for quite a while, for about 33 years. He has worked in sales for the most time of his working life, the basic thing is sales, Vilnis Vorobjovs has been managing a company for only the last two years. In Vorobjovs opinion if the result is not achieved and you understand that you have made a lot of effort, you have given a lot of energy in some processes and, if there is no result, then there is no satisfaction. So result of the work is the most important.
