Normunds Skauģis is a member of the Board of Lāči, Ltd. He supervises the management work on a daily basis and at the same time he is a master baker in this company. The company was established in 1993. It was the time when Normunds Skauģis started the history of his company during the first years, when it was possible to open your own company and develop it, and then he also started up in business. It was important to understand how to move forward at the given time. When Normunds Skauģis started this business, entrepreneurship education as we have today, knowledge and information were not available, he just had to learn by doing.
