Main Contents of the Interview
An interview with Radomír Stratil a founder and owner of Fébus- riding school, a family business established in 1995. The riding school owns five horses for training, accommodate 20 private horses and currently also offers hypotherapy. He further outlines his professional and personal development such an expansion of services and facilities the riding school own. His personal passion, similarly to his wife, derives also from his profession and studies as a vet. As far as he is able to do the most tasks required himself, he does not employ a lot of people but if he does they are mostly only seasonal workers or future vets to gain skills needed. If he would consider to hire somebody he would look for qualities such as self-sufficiency, good manual skills, positive attitude towards animals, independence and willingness to learn.
Profesional history of small family company founders and owners started in University of Veterinary Medicine in Košice. After few experiences after graduating, they (Mr. Stratil and his wife) founded horse riding school, which also provides services for private owners of horses and for handicapped people.
