Gianluca Candelori introduces his professional experience in Molino Candelori, an entrepreneurial story based on tradition, passion and innovation. Over 100 years ago Massimo Candelori commenced business by renting a water mill in a city in Teramo call Atri, in the centre of Italy: so began the history of the Candelori family tradition handed down from father to son. In Molino Candelori words such as quality and innovation are always linked. The quality of the food comes mainly from raw materials. The quality is also the result of investments in innovation for modern grinding machines, safe and capable of controlling the entire production process through the most innovative electronic systems. In this process, said Gianluca, is very important to have young workers with a solid training that can grow the business even proposing innovative projects.
