Description of Dissemination Event
Daina Grasmane conducted the meeting. The aim was to discuss concrete organisational matters of the virtual traineeship. Traineeship coordinators from the Faculty of Food Technology: Assoc. Professor Dace Klava, lecturer Sandra Iriste and Vice-Dean Gita Zemture, and lecturer Irina Sivicka from the Faculty of Agriculture participated in the meeting. They discussed the involvement of students, the procedure and tasks of the virtual traineeship and its assessment tools.

Outcomes, Results and Evaluation
Diverse organisational matters of virtual international traineeship were discussed. It was decided to involve 1st to 3rd year students, to hold informative meetings for the traineeship candidates in September, by 31 October to run a pilot project with 5 students involved in the virtual traineeship. Follow up activities: Completion of students and companies’ profiles for uploading in the virtual platform of the IWBLabs project.
