Description of Dissemination Event
A multiplying seminar was organized. The participants were from the College of Tourism and Technologies (Kuldiga), Spīdolas skola (Jelgava), Secondary School No. 2 (Tukums), Secondary Crafts School (Jelgava), LLU (Jelgava), company “Klīves” (Eleja), NGO Svētelis (Jelgava), Latvian Rural Advisory Centre (Ozolnieki), Company “Līcīši”(District of Ozolnieki), Viktorija Ltd. (Jelgava) and others. 6 PP presentations were given focusing on the IWBLabs project context and its portal design and content, and the experiences of VET providers in organising international traineeships.The Intellectual Outputs and the virtual platform created in the framework of the LABS project were assessed; working in small groups, the seminar participants discussed the gains of the international virtual traineeships for learners, companies and VET providers, and possible kinds of virtual tasks to be completed by trainees. Diverse aspects of organising international virtual traineeships were discussed, for example, how to match the trainee and the company, how to verify the skills and knowledge gained, what documents are necessary etc. A slideshow of photos on the rural life of Latvian farmers was also presented. The participants were issued a certificate of participation.

The project results were multiplied nationally. The seminar participants formed a network aimed at further collaboration.
