Daina Grasmane conducted a training seminar that was part of the training course aimed at testing skills essential for students’ international virtual traineeship. 12 undergraduates of the Faculty of Food Technology of LLU demonstrated their communication skills, presentation skills, professional skills (assessment of food stuffs, calculating nutritional values, choice of recipes, supply of ingredients, cooking, and serving skills etc.). This training seminar was attended by 6 students from France and 2 students of the Crafts Secondary School of Jelgava.
