Main Contents of the Interview
José Antonio Ros introduce us to his small familiar company. It was set up by his father helped by my mother, as a complementary activity of his father’s work in a small neighbourhood business. They stated making Christmas lots in their city and noy they have 137 distributors at a national level and have a direct control in Aragón and Madrid, where they have a delegation since 2006; Althoug their headquarter is in Aragón.
Currently they do the Christmas campaign of 16 important distribution chains at a national level, which means 1000 direct clients; moreover they are the more diversified company of gifts, working from small to big companies
José Antonio prizes two fundamental things: the capacity of team work and the involvement of a person with the company.
