Main Contents of the Interview
David Moreno explains that he was clear about his future on a business. At the university he had lot of responsability because he was working on a company and studying at the same time, what was useful for him.
Eleven years ago, David started up a Consultancy that still works nowadays. It functions are the sell and purchase of businesses and the developments of them.
As far as David is concerned the keys for a business are the team, persevarance dealing with the client and understandig them, and the market.
Regarding to the skills of a worker, David claims that everybody should find his balance between the technical and personal abilities, which is said being able to develop your own functions and working efectively on team.
That balance was found out on his business through the diversity of his workers: different ages, places of work, cities... and the importance of sharing all that different experience.
Finally, David asseverates that being happy is not easy because happiness requires effort.
