Main Contents of the Interview
Since 1948 this company is running on. Nowadays its third generation is starting on the proyejec; as Susana says she always has tryed to instil in their daughters her love for the wine. Now they are working on a wine cellar and she recognices that its time for their daughters.

Susana recalls how her family confront her decision of working in the winery in that time. She had to break down the barrier of sexism and insist on what she really wanted: working with her father in the winery.

The key factor for Susana is the happiness of her workers. As she claims everybody should feel part of the business, because in a small company all the members should follow the same path.
