The company was founded in 1993 and is currently run by the third generation. They are specialized in the production of olives, pickles and olive paste prepared for the catering industry and retail. Hijos de José Lou also have a wide variety of products and formats, and every year they develop new products, new seasonings and new flavours based on customer's needs.
