Main Contents of the Interview
Lolita Duge grows peppermint plants, process them and produce different kinds of products from them. An idea came suddenly. She worked in an office and could not combine the work there with work in the farm. Then Lolita understood that she need her own small business where she could use her education. She decided to submit a project proposal connected with peppermint growing. Why peppermint? Well, her youngest daughter’s favourite snack was peppermint syrup as a refreshing addition to other drinks. Thus she decided to try out the reaction of other people to this syrup.
