Benefits to Students/Interns
Students/interns have chance to benefit from internships by receiving nice experience. Interns often get a unique perspective on their studying specialisation, which can help them in their decision-making process.
An internship can also show interns the relevance of their studies to the world of work, and allow them to get a good start in their field with the possibility of securing a job after graduation. Former interns have a competitive advantage over other candidates since they can use the skills they acquired during the internship.
Interns also have the opportunity to communicate with other people in the same field, which can facilitate transitioning from one job to another. If the internship is paid, it may provide them with additional income to cover some of their expenses.
