2.4.4 Final evaluation of the training experience

Outcomes and processes of the training experience should be systematically documented with regard to initial intentions and quality outcomes. Evaluation are a means to develop and refine the specific learning goals and quality objectives identified during the planning stages of the experience. They are an essential part of any internship. An evaluation helps the intern to acknowledge work strengths and areas for improvement. For tutors, assessments are helpful in evaluating the internship as well as identifying areas where there could be improvement or modification.

Tools used for the Evaluation:

  • Final Evaluation questionnaire of Internship by the company tutor. At the end of the work placement, the company tutor evaluates the participant.

  • Final Evaluation questionnaire of internship by the participant. At the end of the internship, the participant evaluates the work placement and the whole experience.

  • The  final report of VET Institution, containing the following information:

    • Description of internship;

    • Final evaluation of company tutor

    • Internship Certificate for the recognition of credits issued by company.
