The company that hosts a virtual traineeship has several expectations with regard to the trainee’s knowledge, skills, and competences useful for the position offered. Usually, a company needs employees who have commercial awareness and the following skills: analytical skills, decision-making, digital skills, influencing, initiative, leadership, negotiating, networking, oral communication, planning, presentation, problem solving, self- awareness, self-confidence, self- management, team working, tenacity, time- management, willingness to learn, and written communication skills.
